Dataset - 18S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing & Nematode counts

The "VBS2025_18S_dataset.xlsx" was generated by the raw sequence data publicly available on NCBI under the BioProject accession number PRJNA777006.The file contain six different excel sheets:Samples: metadata (columns) associated with the collected patch samples (rows)Libraries: sample identifier (column "JMF_library_ID") given to each collected patch sample ("JMF_sample_ID") based on their sequencing library.Read_abundances: amount of reads (column "Count") that were identified from each ASV (column "Sequence_ID") in each sequenced patch sample (column "Library_ID")Taxonomy: taxonomic classification of ASVs (rows) from Kingdom to Species level (columns).Nematode_counts: nematode quantification by morphological characteristicsRhabditida_similarity: sequence similarity matrix of "Rhabditida unclassified" ASVs.
