Study of the impact of the lncRNA HSCHARME knock-out on human cardiomyocites [RNA-seq]

We identified the human HSCHARME lncRNA and performed its functional inactivation in cardiomyocytes (CM) to study its impact on CM maturation and pathology-associated pathways. Overall design: We performed RNA-seq and DE analysis on total RNA collected from isogenic HSCHARME WT and HSCHARME KO iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes (days 10 and 20 of differentiation).
