Orange County Animal Care Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan was developed in 2016-2018, approved by the county Board of Supervisors in 2018, and used until early 2020. There is no documentation or evidence that it was used as a guiding document after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic or at any time after the end of the pandemic.All documents were obtained via California Public Records Act requests."OCAC Strategic Plan 052218 (004).pdf" is the complete strategic plan. It includes the most recent status update (to the best of the author's knowledge). "OC_Animal_Care_Strategic_Plan_2018.pdf" is a different format of the Executive Summary of the Strategic Plan, with some time annotations of the county's expected completion dates.
