Reasons not to shop online from abroad in Finland 2020

The most common reason for Finns not to make online purchases on foreign websites was difficulty in returning a product abroad. 31 percent of respondents to an e-commerce survey conducted in 2020 found returning products challenging. Meanwhile, 27 percent of respondents stated that they want to support domestic online shops. Other reasons to avoid online shopping from abroad included long delivery times, lack of trust, and customer clearance issues.
