Drivers & Barriers in Dairy Calf Welfare - Interview guide

This file contains the semi-structured interview guide used in focus group interviews to explore how Norwegian dairy farmers perceive factors that support or hinder their efforts to improve calf welfare. The guide included open-ended questions and prompts addressing calf welfare, management practices, decision-making, and perceived drivers and barriers to welfare improvement. It was used flexibly to support group discussion rather than as a standardized questionnaire.
