We propose a 160 ks XMMNewton observation of 1H 0419577 that will be executednearsimultaneously with an already approved HSTCOS observation. We will studythe connection between the Xray and UV absorber, mapping the ionizationstructure, kinematic behavior and elemental abundances. Finally we will quantifythe AGN feedback by directly measuring the metal enrichment by C, N, O, and Feand the kinetic luminosity of the outflow.
