针对高端机床轴承在加工、检测、装配面临的难题和挑战,开展系统研究,突破基于激光射线簇的在机高速精密测量技术、基于机器视觉的高反射光泽球表面缺陷检测技术、基于数据与知识集成的轴承高精密装配技术、基于可视探索与深度挖掘的生产与质量协同管理技术,研制桁架式轴承套圈车/磨加工自动联线、轴承内外圈尺寸测量与轴承球缺陷检测线、轴承柔性化精密装配生产线、轴承性能试验装备,开发轴承加工、检测、装配全流程环节的智能生产管理平台,构建机床轴承智能加工与装配示范线。本数据给出了轴承智能加工与柔性装配示范联线评价、评估及使用报告。
Aiming at the difficulties and challenges in the processing, inspection, and assembly of high-end machine tool bearings, systematic research was conducted. A series of core technologies were broken through, including in-machine high-speed precision measurement technology based on laser ray clusters, surface defect detection technology for highly reflective glossy balls using machine vision, high-precision bearing assembly technology based on data and knowledge integration, and production and quality collaborative management technology based on visual exploration and deep mining. Truss-type automatic linked production lines for turning/grinding of bearing rings, production lines for size measurement of bearing inner and outer rings and defect detection of bearing balls, flexible precision assembly production lines for bearings, and bearing performance test equipment were developed. An intelligent production management platform covering the entire process of bearing processing, inspection, and assembly was built, and a demonstration line for intelligent processing and assembly of machine tool bearings was established. This dataset provides evaluation, assessment, and usage reports for the intelligent processing and flexible assembly demonstration linked production line of bearings.
