11th PROGRAMME: MACROPOLLUANTS PRIORITY 1 UNDER CONDITIONS

Different zonings have been defined to guide the implementation of the Agency’s intervention policies in the period 2019-2024 (revision 2021).
Depending on the case, they correspond to:

eligibility criteria, i.e. projects must be located in the defined area in order to be eligible for Agency aid or an increase in the rate of Agency aid;

priority criteria, i.e. depending on the area in which the projects are located, they have priority or not to be awarded Agency support, in case the cumulative amounts of the different applications exceed the available budgetary envelope.

已划定多类分区，用以指导该机构2019-2024年（2021年修订版）干预政策的实施落地。根据具体项目场景，此类分区对应两类标准：
其一为准入资格标准，即项目必须位于划定的分区范围内，方可具备申请该机构资助或提高资助比例的资格；
其二为优先级标准，即当各类申请的累计总金额超出可用预算总额时，将根据项目所在分区，决定其是否可优先获得该机构的支持。
