The RNA sequencing of brain after microglial depletion and repopulation Overall design: Brain mRNA profiles of adult wild type C57BL/6J mice, after treatments of PLX5622, control diet (CD), LPS, vehicle control or microglial repopulation (RP). RP = PLX5622 treated for 14 days, followed by CD (control diet) treatment for a variable number of days. e.g., RP 7 stands for this mouse was treated by PLX5622 for 14 days first, then treated by CD for 7 days. For the LPS-challenged group, mice were administered LPS (1 mg/kg B.W., IP) once a day for 4 days and sacrificed 24 h after the final dose.
