Federal Court Immigration Evidence Map
收藏资源简介:
Replaced, 4 November 2026. A newer version adds a CC BY 4.0 licence for MAK's own work. Its CSV, JSON and XLSX are the same as here. Please use: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23944415 Correction notice, 3 November 2026. This version replaces release 2026-11-03-correction-v2. One word changed in the case data: in the does_not_establish field of the Singh entry, "refused to hear" is now "refused to allow". Paragraph 22 of the judgment says counsel made submissions on the new argument at the hearing and the judge later decided not to allow it. The other changes are labels and notes in the README, the XLSX and the JSON, and updated checksums; the README lists them. Nothing else in the nine entries changed. Citations, dates, dockets, dispositions and source links did not change. Please cite this version and not the earlier ones. History, release 2026-11-03-correction-v2: That release replaced release 2026-10-02-release-freeze-v1. All nine official Federal Court judgments were read in full against the summaries. The Gholami and Su entries contained errors and were corrected. The Khangura, Singh, Lin, Salu, Yusuf and Karsou entries were tightened. Citations, dates, dockets, dispositions and source links did not change. This is a curated, non-exhaustive map of nine Federal Court immigration decisions on CEC work evidence, completeness and procedural fairness, and misrepresentation. It is not a precedential ranking, a win-rate dataset or an outcome predictor. Later appeals or later treatment of these decisions have not been checked. No reuse licence is asserted for this release.
