Non-targeted metabolomics profiling of plasma from intestinal Bmal1 knockout and control mice
收藏资源简介:
This dataset comprises non-targeted metabolomics profiling of plasma from intestinal Bmal1 knockout mice (Bmal1-ciKO) and their littermate controls. The experiments aimed to assess the regulatory effects of intestinal clock on diurnal plasma metabolome. Experimental Design: Organism: Mus musculus (mouse) Genotype: Bmal1-ciKO vs. control Sample Type: Plasma Time Points: Samples were collected every 4 hours over a 24-hour cycle under a 12h:12h Light:Dark schedule (ZT0: lights on, ZT12: lights off). Biological Replicates: n = 3 biologically independent mice were used for each genotype at each time point. Data Acquisition: Liquid Chromatography coupled with High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry in both positive and negative ionization modes. Data Processing: Rhythmicity was assessed using the JTK_CYCLE algorithm.
