资源简介:

LaB6 powder images collected on the macromolecular crystallography beamline I04 at Diamond Light Source, for calibrating detector geometry: sample-to-detector distance, beam centre and detector tilt, and how the beam centre moves as the detector travels along its rail. Four sessions:- 2024-04-12: 167.2 to 900 mm, at 13.0 and 17.4 keV, 2° per image (the distance series).- 2025-07-16: 211.8 mm, 13.0 keV, 90° in one image (complete rings in a single image).- 2025-10-09: 170.0 mm, 13.0 keV, 3600 images of 0.1°, a full 360° sweep (the most complete rings; sum any number of frames).- 2026-09-10: 500 to 700 mm, 13.0 to 19.5 keV, 0.1° per image (the energy series). Detector: Dectris EIGER2 XE 16M (4148 × 4362 pixels of 75 µm), HDF5/NeXus. Sample: LaB6 powder in a loop at room temperature. Archives are per session and energy; the detector's _meta.h5 files are in separate archives and are not needed to analyse the images: the master files give distance, beam centre, pixel size and wavelength, and every masked pixel is flagged in the image data. MANIFEST.md lists every collection's energy, distance, exposure, oscillation, frame count and bit depth. README.md describes the files and their known limitations. Known limitation: a single image of 2° or 0.1° gives spotty rather than complete rings, most at the detector edges, which makes geometry refinement less robust there. The header beam centres are the beamline's own lookup values at the time of collection, not values derived from these images.
