In this contribution, we characterized the viscoelastic properties of EPS from granules of 9 full-scale industrial anaerobic reactors; and quantitatively investigated whether these properties correlate with granules’ resistance to compression (Egranule) and shear strength (Sgranule); Additionally, we also characterized the EPS amount and composition from different granules.<br>

本研究针对9座全尺寸工业厌氧反应器颗粒污泥中的胞外聚合物(Extracellular Polymeric Substances,EPS)的黏弹性特性进行了表征分析,并定量探究了该黏弹性特性与颗粒污泥抗压性能(Egranule)及抗剪切强度(Sgranule)之间的相关性;此外,本研究还对不同颗粒污泥的EPS含量与组成开展了表征分析。
