Clostridium sp. E02 Genome sequencing and assembly

Lacustrine environments are considered analogues for early martian aqueous environments due to similar temperature, pH, salinity and redox parameters. Therefore the isolation, characterisation and genome sequencing of isolates capable of growth in these environments helps us to develop a greater understanding of metabolisms that are viable under these selection regimes.
