We used RNA sequencing to analyze gene expression profiles of MDA-MB-231 and its brain metastasis variant (231-BR). The goal of this study is to explore genes that are differentially expressed in 231-BR and MDA-MB-231. Overall design: Six samples obtained from 231-BR and MDA-MB-231 cells were analyzed. Three indipendent samples were analyzed for each cell line.
