Mother MG505 was HIV infected throughout pregnancy, developed a broadly-neutralizing antibody response by end of pregnancy, and transmitted HIV-1 infection to infant BG505 by 6 weeks after birth. This study sequenced the variable regions of MG505’s immunoglobulin genes (IgG, IgM, IgK, and IgL) at timepoint “P31”: 1 week prior to the birth of infant BG505.
