Cell-free DNA sequencing of castration-resistant prostate cancer (custom Ion AmpliSeq panel)

This study contains cell-free DNA sequencing data from 36 castration resistant prostate cancer patients. A custom designed Ion AmpliSeq panel was used to capture the coding regions of 20 prostate cancer associated genes. Sequencing was performed using an Ion Torrent Proton instrument. This study is part of the larger study "Genomic alterations in cell-free DNA and enzalutamide resistance in castration-resistant prostate cancer".
