Zygosaccharomyces rouxiiis an important food microorganism, which can not only ferment and produce flavor, but also contaminate high sugar/salt food. To reveal the salt tolerance and osmotic tolerance of Z. rouxii M2013310, we measured the transcription level of Z. rouxii M2013310 cultured to logarithmic phase in YEPDmedium, medium which containing 180g/L sodium chloride based on YEPD, and containing 600g/L glucose based on YEPD.
