Mouse ovarian P2 dataset for the protein atlas of ovarian aging

We used the scRNAseq data to map the specificity of the transcripts of the long-lived proteins to ovarian cell types. Postnatal ovaries were isolated from P2 mice and were subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing.本研究利用单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing）数据，定位长寿蛋白转录本在卵巢各类细胞中的特异性分布。研究人员从出生后第2天（P2）的小鼠体内分离出卵巢，并对其开展单细胞RNA测序实验。
