资源简介:
Liver gene expression was analyzed by microarrays at different times during 24h. This was done in mice fed a regular diet (Low fat diet: LFD) or a high fat diet (HFD). The experiment was done in wild-type mice (P110aHepWT) and in mice lacking p110alpha in hepatocytes (P110aHepKO). Overall design: Twelve-week-old p110αhep+/+ (P110aHepWT) and p110αhep-/- (P110aHepKO) mice were fed a control diet (D12450J, Research Diet) or a HFD (D12492, research diet) during 16 weeks. At the end of the experiment, mice were killed at different time points: ZT0, ZT4, ZT8, ZT12, ZT16 and ZT20. All mice had free access to food and water until sacrifice.
