资源简介:
This dataset accompanies Craft 2012, “Tidal freshwater forest accretion does not keep pace with sea level rise”. It consists of soil core data collected from 3 healthy tidal floodplain forests on the Georgia coastline; Ogeechee, Altamaha, and Satilla, as well as the South Newport River catchment, which experienced dieback as result of salt water intrusion from both natural and anthropogenic causes. Dry bulk density, organic C and N, as well as total P were measured from the levee and floodplain of each site, as well as analysis of 210Pb and 137Cs activities to determine vertical accretion.
