This dataset contains anonymized assessment results of teachers evaluated against newly developed qualification requirements for working with gifted students in inclusive educational settings. The qualification model is based on seven competency criteria (A–G), covering theoretical foundations, diagnostics, curriculum design, instructional practices, psychological–pedagogical support, educational environment management, and professional development.
The dataset includes test items aligned with these criteria and reflects teachers’ demonstrated levels of preparedness across all competency domains. The tool was validated through expert review and aligned with international standards such as CEC/NAGC and OECD teacher frameworks. The data can be used for research on teacher qualification systems, competency-based assessment, inclusive gifted education, and professional development in Kazakhstan.
