资源简介:
Surgery is still the most definitive way to treat gastric cancer. With the development of laparoscopic technology, the surgical approach of laparoscopic intervention is quickly accepted and widely used in surgical treatment because of its less trauma, less intraoperative bleeding, and quicker postoperative recovery; however, it also has unfavorable factors, such as the difficulty of operation and the long duration of operation, which have a certain impact on surgical results. In this study, we intend to further explore the advantages and disadvantages of the two surgical modalities by comparing TNFα, IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, COX-2 and PGE2 in serum after total laparoscopy and laparoscopy-assisted radical mastectomy for gastric cancer, as well as postoperative exhaustion time and the incidence of related complications, with the following specific protocols:Seventy patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups, and underwent total laparoscopic and laparoscopic-assisted radical gastric cancer surgery, respectively, to compare the intraoperative bleeding and operation time of the two surgical procedures, postoperative time of the first exhaustion of gas, time of bowel sound recovery, hospitalization time, and complications, and the patients were evaluated for postoperative pain assessment (VAS assessment) and short-term quality of survival assessment (SF-36 assessment). Changes in serum levels of TNFα, IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, COX-2 and PGE2 were observed in patients after the two surgical modalities, and their correlation with the postoperative time to exhaustion was analyzed. To explore the effects of total laparoscopy and laparoscopy-assisted radical gastric cancer surgery on patients' serum levels of TNFα, IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, COX-2 and PGE2 through the detection of various indexes. To clarify the effects of the two master modalities on the postoperative time to exhaustion and the incidence of related complications. To clarify whether changes in serum levels of relevant validation indexes in perioperative patients can be a marker of postoperative intestinal obstruction.
