This record contains the essential reproducibility bundle for the numerical demonstration associated with the manuscript Proto-Biosignatures and Planetary Geochemical Metabolism: A Thermodynamic Screening Model of Prebiotic Geochemical Organization. The bundle includes the Python script used to generate the synthetic parameter-space demonstration of the Geochemical Metabolic Potential model, the generated CSV summaries, weak-link audit tables, negative-control and stress-test outputs, the vector and raster versions of the main parameter-space figure, a minimal requirements file, citation metadata, checksums, and documentation. The contents are synthetic and illustrative. They are intended to reproduce the internal model-behavior demonstration described in the associated article, including the behavior of the weighted geometric score, the organization/archive projection, anchor scores, weak-link reporting, weight sensitivity, and negative-control summaries. This record does not contain empirical planetary data and should not be interpreted as a ranking of planets, missions, samples, or environments. The labelled anchor cases are heuristic stress-test inputs only. Any application of the model to real samples or planetary targets requires a declared control volume, timescale, signal class, reference scales, component vector, weights, uncertainty model, limiting component, weak-link threshold, and appropriate negative controls.
