资源简介:

This component contains data on the monthly changes in the stock of homes and non-residentials from 1 January 2012 due to new construction, demolition and other changes. This takes into account stock type transitions (from home to non-residential and vice versa). The data comes from the Basic Registration Addresses and Buildings (BAG). The counts from this file were obtained by using the monthly extract from the BAG as a source. More information on how to access the data: > https://www.cbs.nl/nl-nl/onze-diensten/maatwerk-en-microdata/microdata-zelf-onderzoek-doen ### Methodology The data in this table are based on the monthly extracts of the BAG. These are provided by the manager of the National Supply BAG, the Land Registry. The research method for determining the changes in stock can be found in the short research description related to the StatLine table 'Stockhouses and non-residentials, use functions, region &s &s#039; Non-residential changes in user functions are not recorded (e.g. from office function to shop function). As a result, the numbers in additions and withdrawals of the individual use functions of non-residential homes in the chosen period are not necessarily conclusive. As of 2021, CBS has moved to BAG 2.0. Most of the changes are technical in nature. The main substantive change within the BAG registration concerns the introduction of the new statuses of properties and residence objects. In addition to the statuses ' demolished &#039, & in use ' get the statuses 'renovation ' and & #039; erroneously performed ' bee. This means that the derivation of stock of homes is determined differently. The residence objects with statuses ‘refurbishment’ are then added to the stock. This current expansion has not led to the trend breaks and only has the consequence that the statuses in which a residence object is located can be specialised. In order to make optimal use of this new information, the derivation rules for mutations have also been adjusted. For example, it is now better possible to distinguish administrative corrections from the physical mutations such as demolition, withdrawal or addition to the stock. The adjustment of the derivation rules for mutations did not lead to a change in the total number of changes, this number remained the same. The new rules allow us to better categorise the mutations. The new method has thus resulted in small shifts between the existing categories. More information can be found at https://www.cbs.nl/-/media/_pdf/2022/22/mutatieafleidingen-bag-2-0.pdf ### Population All residence objects from the BAG (homes, non-residentials or dwellings combined with other utility function(s) with at least one change in the reporting period. The objects of residence are unique at level moment.
