This folder contains the data presented in Figure 1 B. For unbinding rate 0.11 /s and unbinding force 25 pN is saved in the folder named "unbinding_rate_0p01_unbinding_force_25". The measured force on the filament by the interaction over time for 1 examplary iteration shown in Figure 1B is saved in the file ForceOverTime_Trajectory.txt. The pre-processed data with force over time for every of the 100 independent trial is saved in files named combined_midforce_abs.txt. And the cytosim configuration files which can be run using the software cytosim are named config.cym.
