Munich rental mirror 1994

Numerous German cities create so-called rental mirrors in order to provide tenants, landlords, rental counsellors and experts with “objective” decision-making assistance on rental issues. The rent mirrors are used in particular to determine the “normal comparative rent” (net rent depending on apartment size, equipment, age, etc.). When creating rental mirrors, a representative random sample (in the case of the City of Munich by Infratest) is drawn from all eligible apartments and the data of interviewers of interest is determined on the basis of questionnaires. This dataset represents an excerpt from the 1994 rental mirror Munich and contains the data of 1082 apartments.
