Data and R code for: Carbon flux responses to physiologically defined soil moisture stress periods in intensively managed temperate pastures

This repository contains the data and analysis code supporting the manuscript “Carbon flux responses to physiologically defined soil moisture stress periods in intensively managed temperate pastures”. The dataset includes the half-hourly eddy covariance flux data and derived variables used in the analysis, including net ecosystem production (NEP), gross primary production (GPP), ecosystem respiration (ER), and environmental variables. The repository also includes R scripts used to process the data and generate the figures and results reported in the manuscript. Access to the files is restricted in accordance with institutional data governance requirements. Metadata are publicly available, and access to the files may be granted upon approval through Zenodo.
