Supplementary data from: Biochemical Control in Cushing’s syndrome: Outcomes of the treatment in a large single center cohort

Normalization of hypercortisolism is essential to reduce morbidity and mortality in patients with Cushing’s syndrome (CS). This is a retrospective analysis with the aim to assess biochemical control rates. We could show that biochemical control can be achieved in most patients with different subtypes of CS within a reasonable time frame皮质醇增多症（hypercortisolism）的指标恢复正常，对于库欣综合征（Cushing’s syndrome，CS）患者降低患病率与死亡率至关重要。本研究为一项回顾性分析，旨在评估生化控制率。本研究显示，在合理的时间范围内，多数罹患不同亚型库欣综合征的患者均可实现生化控制。
