Between winter 2008 and summer 2009, the settlement cores were described and evaluated on the basis of a checklist. The current situation was included, a classification in the hierarchy group, strengths and weaknesses were identified and action measures were mentioned. As a result, the desired hierarchy classification for the year 2027 was determined and the need for urban development-functional action was established.
