Changes in Organic Cultivation Sorghum Yield in Mountainous Areas with Complex Habitats Mainly Depend on Microbial Communities and Interactions

The global proportion of mountainous cultivated land ranges between 20% and 30%. Organic cultivation is important for maintaining a healthy ecological environment. However, increasing crop yield under organic cultivation conditions in mountainous cultivated land is very complex and challenging, involving a complex network of interactions between microorganisms, environmental factors, and crops. This study conducted data analysis on brewing organic cultivation sorghum yield and complex habitat factors (including altitude, accumulated temperature, slope, soil type, and microbial communities) from 108 sampling points in Guizhou mountainous areas.
