CSV file of each node of the summary network

Comma delimited text file containing information about each node reported in surveyed publications.

The contents of each column are as follows:

RawNodeID - Name of the node as reported in the original publication.
Type - Types of parasite nodes, or Resource/Immune categories of host nodes.
RenamedNodeID - Renaming of the node e.g. to ensure up-to-date, correctly spelt species names.
FirstAggregation - Whether or not this node name should be aggregated to the first level (see basic aggregation in our published paper).
FirstAggregationID - The name of each node following the first level of aggregation.
SecondAggregation - Whether or not this node name should be aggregated to the second level (called Moderate aggregation in our published paper).
SecondAggregationID - The name of aggregated nodes following the second level of aggregation.
ThirdAggregation - Whether or not this node name should be aggregated to the third level (called Severe aggregation in our published paper).
ThirdAggregationID - The name of aggregated nodes following the third level of aggregation.
