This dataset collects and counts overdue elevator maintenance data of various elevator maintenance units in Jiaxing City, to analyze the work quality of each maintenance unit, help optimize the allocation of safety management personnel for maintenance units, and provide data support for relevant personnel in formulating cooperation plans. Local regulatory authorities can also, based on the analysis of overdue maintenance data of each maintenance unit, conduct interviews with maintenance units rated as "warning", strengthen supervision, increase the frequency and content of daily maintenance, so as to reduce elevator safety hazards.
1. Data Collection: Relevant data on overdue maintenance situations of different elevator maintenance units in Jiaxing City are collected via elevator IoT devices and alarm receiving platforms.
2. Data Processing: The collected raw data are cleaned, analyzed and organized to obtain the required data fields: maintenance unit, statistical time, region, maintenance type, number of overdue maintenance elevators, and number of involved residential communities.
3. Data Calculation:
- Proportion of overdue maintenance elevators of a unit = Total number of overdue maintenance elevators of the unit throughout the year / Total number of overdue maintenance elevators in Jiaxing City throughout the year
- Proportion of involved residential communities of a unit = Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance of the unit throughout the year / Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance in Jiaxing City throughout the year
The sample data displays the relevant situation of one maintenance unit. The data package contains data of multiple maintenance units, where the unit name is represented in the data field in the format of (Unit Name).
4. Early Warning Evaluation: An IF function is adopted to conduct hierarchical evaluation on algorithm results:
- Regarding the proportion of overdue maintenance elevators: If 0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1, evaluation A is marked as "+"; if proportion > 0.1, evaluation A is marked as "-".
- Regarding the proportion of involved residential communities: If 0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1, evaluation B is marked as "+"; if proportion > 0.1, evaluation B is marked as "-".
The overall evaluation of a unit is "qualified" only when both evaluation A and evaluation B are "+", otherwise the overall evaluation is "warning". For maintenance units rated as "warning", the regulatory authorities will conduct interviews with them, strengthen supervision, increase the frequency and content of daily maintenance, so as to reduce elevator safety hazards.
