Trikeraia hookeri (Stapf) Bor is an Alpine glass with significant ecological value. Herein, we determined the complete chloroplast (cp) genome sequence of Trikeraia hookeri (Stapf) Bor using Illumina sequencing data. The whole cp genome is 137696 bp in size, consisting of a pair of inverted repeats (IR 13,755 bp), a large single-copy region (LSC 81,613 bp), and a small single-copy region (SSC 28,568 bp). The cp genome will provide reference for the further investigation and research of Trikeraia hookeri (Stapf) Bor.
