Bulk metabarcoding of macroinvertebrates collected from the Ceno River, Norther Italy

We collected macroinvertebrates from 13 sites of the Ceno River, Northern Italy. We aimed to test the feasibility of using metabarcoding generated data in metacommunity studies. Macroinvertebrates were collected with a surber net from an area of 0.5 m2 in April 2018. Organisms were identified both morphologically and with metabarcoding. The results of this study are discussed in Laini et al. (2023).
