Exclusion areas pursuant to § 10(3) ThürGAPVO

§ 10(3) of the ThürGAPVO defines exclusion areas on whose land areas are excluded from aid for the use of eco-schemes pursuant to Paragraph 20(1)(3) of the GAPDZG for conflicting reasons of nature conservation. For the organic scheme 3 Maintaining agroforestry management of arable and permanent grassland shall be subject to an exclusion set out in point 3 of Appendix 5 GAPDZV, where no agroforestry areas may be supported. This exclusion framework is intended to protect particularly valuable biotopes, habitat types and protected areas. The exclusion is limited, on the one hand, to habitat types listed in Annex I to Directive 92/43/EEC and biotope types from openland biotope mapping outside the areas subsequently protected, nature reserves, national natural monuments, National Parks Zone I and II, core and care zones of biosphere reserves and meadow breeding areas. On the other hand, these include areas under Directive 92/43/EEC, permanent grassland in areas protected by Directive 2009/147/EC, nature reserves, national natural monuments, zone I and II national parks, core and care zones of biosphere reserves and meadow breeding areas. The exclusion areas have been technically coordinated in advance with the TMUEN and TLUBN in order to exclude negative impacts on habitat types and protected areas. The update is scheduled for 1 February of each year. Until the publication of the ThürGAPVO, planned in spring 2023, the VO text is considered provisional.
