资源简介:
Transcriptome analysis by RNA-seq in pancreas identified 529 differentially expressed genes between wild-type and Sirt2-deficient mice 2 days after injury and confirmed continuous inflammention and tissue regeneration, as well as delayed tissue reorganization. Overall design: Pancreas mRNA profiles of 2-day post cerulein-induced pancreatitis of wild type (WT) and Sirt2-/- mice were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using lllumina NextSeq 500 Sequencer.
