Banking bot using Artificial Intelligence

This paper presents the design and development of a Banking Bot powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate customer support, transactional services, and financial queries. The proposed system integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to simulate human-like interactions and perform core banking operations. The bot provides 24/7 customer service, ensuring quick, secure, and reliable responses. Experimental evaluation demonstrates the bot’s accuracy in intent recognition, response time, and user satisfaction, proving its effectiveness in modern banking ecosystems.
