The entry for this in P263/1 pg. 6 reads 'Cystitis, thickened bladder etc from stricture. Th.s Hacket aet 30. Dr Hutton'. The handwritten note on the back begins 'Thomas Hacket aet 30. Intense inflammation of the mucous membrane of the bladder with hypertrophy of the muscular coat, the results of stricture of the urethra'.
