Genome-Wide Approach to Measure Variant-Based Heritability of Drug Outcome Phenotypes

Genomic and clinical data were obtained using BioVU, the Vanderbilt University Medical Center repository that links DNA and genomic data to de-identified electronic health records data. Included individuals for each cohort had 1. Existing genome-wide genotype data; 2. Exposure to the drug of interest at age 18 years or older, with documentation of dosing information in electronic health records data; 3. At least one measurement of both drug concentration and serum creatinine in their laboratory results.]]>
