资源简介:
This study examines the hygrothermal performance of 7-Star rated homes in South-East Australia when operated under intermittent air-conditioning schedules. It investigates how varying cooling and heating patterns influence indoor temperature, relative humidity, and overall comfort conditions throughout different climate zones. By analysing the interaction between building envelope performance and intermittent conditioning, the study highlights the risks and benefits related to moisture levels, thermal stability, and energy efficiency. The findings provide insights that support better design, operation, and occupant comfort strategies for high-performance Australian housing.
