“长护险数据库”基于 SQL Server 平台建设，涵盖了2018年至2020年间上海市长期护理保险运行的核心数据。
数据库内容较为全面，既包括签约老人的基本人口学信息、签约情况和服务记录，也包含其病案首页信息及承担服务的签约机构相关资料，同时整合了前期研究中已整理的一些成果。
数据来源于上海市全域，覆盖范围广、时间跨度连续，能够较为系统地反映长护险政策实施过程中的人群特征、服务利用情况和机构运作情况。
该数据库的建立，不仅为相关部门开展长护险制度评估和服务监管提供了重要的数据支撑，也为科研机构和社会组织深入开展健康养老与长期护理保障研究奠定了坚实基础。

The Long-term Care Insurance (LTCI) Database is developed on the SQL Server platform, covering core operational data of Shanghai's LTCI system from 2018 to 2020.
The database contains comprehensive content, including basic demographic information, contract status and service records of contracted elderly LTCI enrollees, as well as the front page information of their medical records and relevant data of contracted service-providing institutions. It also integrates compiled findings from previous studies.
The data is sourced from the entire Shanghai municipality, with wide coverage and a continuous time span, which can systematically reflect the demographic characteristics, service utilization and institutional operation during the implementation of the LTCI policy.
The establishment of this database not only provides critical data support for relevant government departments to carry out LTCI system evaluation and service supervision, but also lays a solid foundation for research institutions and social organizations to conduct in-depth research on healthy aging and long-term care security.
