This document is an integral part of the Specific Technical Report for submission purposes the European Commission provided for in Ministerial Implementing Order No 1284/2009 of 19 October 2009, being included in the process of drawing up the River Basin Management Plan that integrates the Douro Hydrographic Region (RH3), hereinafter referred to as the Douro Hydrographic Region Management Plan (PGRH-Douro), determined by Order No 18201/2009 of 6 August 2009.
