All markers per cluster for Non-DM (sheet 1, table 10), DM (sheet 2, table 11), DFU (sheet 3, table 12) subjects and CCA (sheet 4, table 13) single cell transcriptome analyses. Pct.1 represents the percentage of cells expressing the gene in the cluster and pct.2 the percentage of cells expressing the gene in the remaining dataset. P_val_adj denotes the adjusted p-value based on Bonferroni correction using all the genes in the dataset.
