Changes in the gut microbiota of AIH mice after Con A tail vein modeling

Con A-induced acute AIH liver injury model in mice is currently widely used animal model. Recent studies have found that gut microbiota is a critical factor influencing AIH incidence. 8 hours after Con A tail vein injection, liver injury is most severe, prompting us to investigate changes in the gut microbiota at this time. To investigate the abundance changes in the gut microbiota 8 hours after Con A modeling. We collected the cecal contents of mice injected with PBS and Con A (10mg/kg) through the tail vein for 8h, respectively, and conducted 16s rRNA sequencing.
