Southern greater glider (Petauroides volans) ocular surface microbiota

This study describes the ocular surface microbiome of the endangered southern greater glider from two populations in southeastern NSW, Australia. Full-length 16S rRNA microbiome profile was performed to characterise the taxonomic composition and diversity of the ocular surface, and to identify if any known pathogens were present.
