资源简介:
The study “Continuous
recording of vital signs with a wearable device in pediatric patients
undergoing chemotherapy for cancer – an operational feasibility study” (NCT04134429) recruited patients from November 2019 to January 2020
in a single center, the Department of Pediatrics, Inselspital, Bern University
Hospital, University of Bern, Bern, Switzerland.
Nine different vital signs and health indicators, plus quality scores to
six of them, were recorded by the wearable device (WD) Everion® during a total
of 274 days (6576 hours) in 20 patients (study period of 14 days each patient).
This resulted in 85’854 measuring points, which are a total of 772’686
measurements of vital signs and health indicators, plus 515’124 quality scores.
Additionally, non-WD data like side effects, acceptability and usability, reasons not to wear
the WD, and effort for the investigators was collected.
20 files, one per patient,
contain the WD data e.g. the vital signs and their quality score recorded by
the WD. A Readme file explains all the variables.
One file contains the non-WD data of all 20 patients on administration,
follow-up and outcomes of the daily CRF. Another Readme file explains all the variables.
One additional file contains the R-script used to get the WD data.
