CAP88-CH06 Antibody Lineage Data

This data was used to track the CAP88-CH06 antibody lineage during infection from 8 to 121 weeks post-infection. The data contains separate heavy and light chain sequences generated using Illumina MiSeq for each time-point separately. Gene specific heavy and light chain primers matching IGHV4-39 and IGLV3-21 paired with constant region primers IGHG and IGHA for the heavy chain and Lambda for the light chains were used to amplify relevant antibody sequences from cDNA, which was generated using random hexamers from RNA extracted from PBMCs.
