Spatial sequencing dataset of the mouse DRN

We performed spatially-resolved, single-cell sequencing of the DRN using STARmap and RIBOmap. This led us to identify cholecystokinin (CCK)-expressing neurons, which comprise a subset of DRN tyrosine hydroxylase-expressing neurons.
