RNA-seq analysis was performed in an adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma cell line (TL-Om1) to analyze gene expression changes after TP73 exons 2-3 deletion Overall design: Lentiviral infection was carried out on TL-Om1 cells to stably express Cas9 protein. Subseqeunt infection with doxycycline (dox)-inducible sgRNA was done to guide Cas9 protein to specified TP73 exons 2-3 region. Total RNA was harvested from the cells from independent culture or sorted cells after 8 weeks of co-culture. RNA-seq analysis was performed.
